You'll need a probe to find the tunnels. Once you've located the mole run, open up the ground and site a suitable trap - you can get these off the Internet.

Then, it's simply a case of waiting and checking the traps every so often. Once you've caught a mole, remove it and reset the trap.

The more you do it, the better you'll get at catching moles.
